Retail Therapy: HERSHEY’S Chocolate World Niagara Falls, hands down! Connected to our hotel via indoor walkway, HERSHEY’S is 7,000 sq.ft. of chocolate heaven. This unique retail attraction is the place to go for decadent treats like chocolate dipped strawberries, thick and rich milk chocolate milkshakes, fresh baked cookies, and exclusive products like a 5lb HERSHEY’S Milk Chocolate Bar and a 1/2lb Reese Peanut Butter Cup!
Adventure: Niagara’s newest attraction opens July 2021! The Niagara Parks Power Station is a much anticipated new attraction that transforms the history and
science of hydroelectric power into an electrifying new experience. The attraction offers two experiences, the day version features restored artifacts, exhibits and interpretive installations while at night, the experience is transformed into “Currents-Niagara’s Power Transformed”. A spectacular light and sound show featuring state-of the-art sound and projection mapping technology.
Low-key Fun: Situated across from Niagara Falls, our hotel is in close proximity to lush gardens and greenspace that surround Niagara Falls. For a peaceful and scenic stroll head to Queen Victoria Garden and follow a walking path past Zimmerman Fountain, the Hybrid Tea Rose Garden, spectacular carpet bedding flower displays all with the Falls as a stunning backdrop.
Nightcap: This depends on your preferred tipple but all are within steps of the Crowne Plaza on the Falls Avenue Resort. For signature spirits head to Niagara Distillery to enjoy a hand-crafted cocktail or take it neat; the signature spirits are Vodka, Rum, Gin, Moonshine, Canadian Whisky and Single Cask Whisky. If you prefer beer, Niagara Brewing Company is next door and has rotating taps that incorporate seasonal flavours in addition to their signature, award winning craft beer. For an elaborate concoction Hard Rock Café Niagara Falls has an extensive cocktail menu. Each of these locations also offer a patio, so if weather is on your side take your nightcap on the patio.
