Celebrated Chef and TV Host Massimo Capra has signed on to lend his name and impressive culinary resume to the legendary Fallsview Rainbow Dining Room in Niagara Falls at the Falls Avenue Resort.
Most noted as the host of the Food Network’s popular series “Restaurant Makeover”, Capra, guided the spectacular Fallsview restaurant through a renovation project and re-branding.
Located across from the Falls on the 10th floor of the Crowne Plaza Hotel Niagara Falls – Fallsview, the Rainbow Room’s long and storied past includes playing host to both Hollywood Royalty and Heads of State – everyone from the Jonas Brothers to King George VI and Queen Elizabeth have dined at the restaurant which showcases extraordinary Niagara ingredients, award winning Niagara wine pairings and an inspiring panoramic view of Niagara Falls.

The Fallsview Rainbow Dining Room’s long history dates back to the opening on July 1, 1929 as the hotel restaurant at Niagara Falls first luxury hotel, the General Brock Hotel which would later become the Brock Plaza Hotel before joining the Inter-Continental Hotels Group and re-branding as the Crowne Plaza Hotel Niagara Falls – Fallsview.
